The value of this contract was £406,500.00 for all foundation, drainage, external and carpark works for QVC’s new office block & call centre.
This work was carried out in two phases, on the first phase all concrete bases and internal drainage where complete along with the preparation for a new carpark.
In the second phase all external works, drainage, ductwork for services and carpark works where completed. All works where complete within the given time period and to the satisfaction of the client.
