KLM was awarded this contract supplying labour and plant only. This project is a large retirement village with a building footprint of 3500m2 which KLM carried out all foundation/drainage/fill and external works, sewer diversion and new road layout. We currently working on the external works to which we are looking to complete within programme.
The current value of works is £300,000.00.
