This is our second contract with GB building Solutions which is also a PFI Scheme for Cheshire Care Homes.
The project is of similar to one we done for GB Building Solutions in Middlewich only it is larger in scale.
KLM were contracted to supply & carry out all groundworks/drainage and ground floor slab which was an area of 4700m2. KLM were also responsible for the engineering/setting out which was essential to ensure smooth running of the project.
The programme was extremely tight given the quantity of the work which needed to be completed, nevertheless KLM worked intensively to achieve this within the the required programme date.
The value of this work was £750,000.00 and have now been awarded the external works package worth £300,000.00 which is due to be complete by the end of May 2009.
