This project consisted of the construction of 13 new office units and 6 hybrid units in Widnes. KLM were awarded the Groundwork Package, which involved site clearance, a large cut & fill exercise, all foundation, drainage, service and external works.
These works where programmed to be complete in 50 weeks, KLM completed these
Works within 48 including any additional works.
The total value of this work was £650,000.00.
