This was an old Kwik Save Store which Barr Construction was responsible to convert into a Tesco store. KLM where initially responsible for temporary electrics to site set-up then we were awarded the groundwork package and we also carried out the internal first and second fix joinery. KLM carried out alterations to existing drainage and new drainage, installing new kerbing, creating new footpaths, breaking out existing tarmac stoning up and tarmacing/whitelining installing bollards, cycle hoops and block paving around site. Preparation was also made for all landscape works. KLM were also responsible for Brick infills to the existing store erecting brick walls etc.
KLM were responsible for supplying labour, plant and materials for this contract with the value of these works being £525.000.00.
